My Contacts is shutting down on March 1st, 2018
We are grateful that you have trusted My Contacts app to take care of your most precious belongings – your contacts. However, we are now sorry to inform you that My Contacts is shutting down on March 1st, 2018.
Before March 1st, 2018 you should copy all your contacts back to your phone by doing a sync which will copy all your contacts to your phone. After this date, everything will be deleted and you will not be able to access your account. In order to safely backup / get contact list back on the phone, we highly recommend you to kindly do the following steps:
Open / Login to My Contacts App.
Press Copy Anyway button and let the sync process completed
Once the sync is done, all the contacts will be transferred back to phone book.
Backup My Contacts Now !!
You should also download a .csv file containing a backup of you contacts. You can download the .csv file by following the steps below:
Log in to mycontacts-app.com
Click on the settings icon
Scroll down to “import/export contacts and contact data” and click “Export contacts”
We will not sell or transfer any of your contacts or personal information to anyone.
Please note that after March 1st 2018, your data will be deleted and not accessible.
My Contacts App is developed by Telenor Digital, a Telenor company that provides tomorrow's digital solutions. The Connect account is used to log in to services provided by Telenor Digital.
